Our Story

Frank’s Renovation & Repair grew naturally from passion, craftsmanship, and word-of-mouth.

With a Master’s degree in Materials Engineering and over a decade of experience in quality and process management at one of China’s top architectural glass companies, Frank brings precision and reliability to every project.
After three years of hands-on training at local full-house manufacturing company, he has mastered local home construction techniques and craftsmanship.
He has always been deeply interested in quality workmanship and practical design. Friends who saw his skills and attention to detail began asking him to help with their renovation projects. Their encouragement and positive feedback inspired him to start his own business.

Today, Frank leads a trusted local renovation service that combines his hands-on expertise with a team of licensed electricians and plumbers for larger projects — ensuring every job meets both safety standards and high craftsmanship.
Each project is completed with honesty, precision, and genuine care, reflecting Frank’s belief that good work speaks for itself.
